This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the business or person using the App, "you") and Ravdan Group ("Ravdan", "we", "us"). It governs your use of Ravdan Connector (the "App"), which connects your QuickBooks Online company to other business software, including Ravdan applications, that you choose to connect.
By connecting the App to QuickBooks, subscribing to it or using it, you agree to this Agreement. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
While you comply with this Agreement and any subscription you hold is active, Ravdan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to use the App for your internal business purposes.

To use the App, you sign in with Intuit and authorize the App to access your QuickBooks Online company. You confirm that you are allowed to give that authorization.
You can disconnect the App at any time, either from within the App or from the Apps area of QuickBooks Online. Once disconnected, the App can no longer reach your QuickBooks data.
You decide which applications may use the App and which QuickBooks companies each may access. You are responsible for:
Revoke a key promptly if you think it has been exposed.
The App can collect payment in two ways:
Ravdan is not a payment processor and does not hold your funds. Payments go directly into your own QuickBooks Payments or Lenco account; the App records them in QuickBooks.
You are responsible for having the payer's authorization for every charge you submit. You are also responsible for refunds, disputes and chargebacks.
You keep all rights to your data, including your QuickBooks data. You give Ravdan permission to access, process and send your data only as needed to provide the App to you, as described in the Ravdan Connector Privacy Policy.
Some features require a paid subscription. The price, billing period and included features are shown when you subscribe. You agree to:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, the App stays available until that period ends. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.
The App depends on QuickBooks Online and other services we do not control. Your use of QuickBooks is governed by your agreement with Intuit.
Intuit is not a party to this Agreement. Intuit is not responsible for the App, for its support, or for any claim relating to it.
We are not responsible for outages, changes or limits in third-party services. That includes changes to the QuickBooks API that affect the App.
The App moves data between systems. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for reviewing your records and for your filings and business decisions.
We may update, change or discontinue features of the App. If we discontinue the App entirely, we will give reasonable notice. For support, contact info@ravdan.org.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravdan disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always transfer without delay or error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravdan will not be liable for:
Ravdan's total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of:
You agree to indemnify Ravdan against claims, losses and costs arising from:
You may stop using the App and disconnect it at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement, fail to pay, or if your use creates a security or legal risk.
When this Agreement ends:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved that way will be decided by the courts of Lusaka, Zambia.
We may update this Agreement. We will post the new version here and update the "Last Updated" date, and we will notify subscribers of significant changes. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept it.
If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This Agreement, together with the Ravdan Connector Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and Ravdan about the App.
